During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The hotel was conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood with a less crowded atmosphere, which made my stay all the more relaxing. The breakfast offered was always fresh and delicious. What I liked most, however, was the attentive and accommodating staff who made my stay as comfortable as possible.

Lack of ironing facilities and confusing property descriptions. Although the hotel provided excellent service, I was disappointed by the lack of ironing facilities in my room.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the fabulous and designer interior of the hotel, which gave a feeling of freshness and newness. the room service was quick and responsive which is a great advantage. the location of the hotel was key, providing peace and less crowd, making it a perfect getaway place.

the towel quality could be better and the lack of iron box and hangars was disappointing.
